Dear Artist:

Help us capture the spirit of the season by sharing your unique, handcrafted creations in the Mansfield Art Center’s Winter Market. This beloved annual event transforms our galleries into a warm, inviting marketplace filled with exceptional art and fine craft. Visitors come ready to shop for meaningful gifts, and our experienced staff and volunteers handle all sales and event promotion, allowing artists to focus on what they do best: creating.

There are no participation fees, and artists do not need to be present during the event. We look forward to sharing your work with our community during this festive season.

Jurying Process:

Each year, the Mansfield Art Center team carefully curates the Winter Market & Gallery Show to provide an exceptional and diverse shopping experience.

Important! To be considered, please email a photo of an example of your work to lib@mansfieldartcenter.org prior to Nov. 11, thank you!

All artists & makers must submit work through our online portal for consideration.

Accepted works can be dropped off at the Mansfield Art Center November 11 through November 15.

All entries must be the original composition of the artist and owned by the artist. Copies of any kind, AI generated images, or work made from a kit will not be accepted.

The MAC reserves the right to use selected work for marketing and publicity.

Commission & Acceptance:

The Mansfield Art Center reserves the right to refuse work for any reason. The MAC will create price tags for all accepted work, and artists are encouraged to clearly price their items upon delivery.

Our standard consignment agreement is 60/40 — 60% to the artist and 40% to The MAC, which supports our mission of bringing quality exhibitions, classes, and arts programming to the community.

Artists will be notified through our website when a piece is sold and are welcome to restock throughout the duration of the show.

• Woodwork – bowls, vessels, cutting boards, and finely crafted wooden items
• Small Sculptures – freestanding or wall-mounted
• Jewelry & Jewelry Boxes – fine, contemporary, or artisan designs
• Fiber Art & Wearables – felted, woven, or textile-based works
• Mosaics – decorative or functional mosaic art
• Quilts & Textile Art – traditional or modern interpretations
• Candles, Candle Holders & Luminaries – hand-poured or artistically designed
• Paper Goods & Stationery – handmade cards, journals, prints, gift wrap
