MEDITATION IN THE GALLERY

Join our thriving weekly meditation group as we explore the power of calming the mind and relaxing deeply into the present moment, in a beautiful setting among friends. Together we practice cultivating happiness and peace, even amid the many challenges of life. Our meetings are open to both new and experienced meditators, and include lively discussion, gentle instruction and guided practice. During meditation, practitioners are invited to sit in chairs or on cushions, or even to lie on the ground. No registration is required – simply join us when you are able. The sessions are freely offered, and a donation basket is left out for those who would like to support the program.
