Yoga is more than a set of physical exercises – it is an invitation to cultivate vitality and peace in every moment of our lives. Join us on Saturday mornings beginning January 18 for a joyful exploration of the art of yoga, as we nurture health and happiness in body, mind and spirit. Through gentle movement, breathing and meditation, we shed stress, restore energy and nurture well-being. All levels of practitioners are welcome, and students are encouraged to tailor the sessions to suit their own needs. No registration is required – simply show up when you are able and bring along a mat, blanket or cushion if you like. Yoga is for everyone – please join us!
