Mansfield Art Center Welcomes Renowned Glass Artist Neal Richmond

The Mansfield Art Center is proud to announce the addition of Neal Richmond, a distinguished Glass Artist and Glassblower, to our creative community. Richmond joins us from the prestigious Tulsa Glassblowing School, a renowned 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

With years of exceptional experience in the world of glass art, Richmond brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Mansfield Art Center. He was a Kent State University, teaching assistant in glass. Over the years, Richmond has collaborated with prominent glass artists and educators, further honing his craft through a combination of higher education and hands-on summer workshops.

Richmond’s work is not only celebrated for its intricate beauty but also for his dedication to the art form’s evolution. He has developed comprehensive course curricula designed to teach both fundamental and advanced glassblowing techniques. His step-by-step illustrated instructions ensure that aspiring glass artists receive the highest level of education.
