Dear Artist,

Join us in celebrating the upcoming cozy winter season through showcasing your handcrafted work at our holiday fair! The 55th Annual Holiday Fair is just around the corner and we are delighted to extend an invitation to you to consign with us here at The Mansfield Art Center. If you are unfamiliar with our Holiday Fair, it is a joyous winter market, decorated beautifully, and full of shoppers. The entirety of the event is covered by experienced volunteers and staff, who market the event and deliver the audience. Artists are not charged a fee to participate nor do they need to be present. We look forward to seeing your work this year at The MAC!

Jurying Process:

The MAC team thoughtfully curates every Holiday Fair to provide an exceptional shopping experience. If this is your first year participating, please email The MAC team with images and details of the work you would like to include. Our Coordinator for Holiday Fair is May Dutilly, please email her at may@mansfieldartcenter.org with new requests prior to Nov. 2nd.

Commission and Acceptance:

The MAC has the right to refuse work for any reason. The MAC will create price tags for your work, and artists are encouraged to price their work upon delivery.

The MAC's standard consignment agreement is 60/40 - 60% to the artist and 40% to The MAC, which helps support our mission. Unless otherwise negotiated, we accept the following from each artist:

• 50 items of holiday theme
• 30 children's gift items
• 50 works in ceramics
• 30 works in glass
• 30 works in wood
• 50 works in leather
• 50 items in jewelry
• 20 in fiber
• 10 sculptures (5 if larger than 24"x24")
• 5 2D & 3D Mixed Media (5 if larger than 24"x24")
• 5 paintings (5 if larger than 24"x24")
• 5 drawings (5 if larger than 24"x24")
• 5 photographs (5 if larger than 24"x24")
• 5 pieces of furniture
• Print reproductions of 2D work are acceptable, but no more than 2 prints of the same work.
• 2D work must be framed or wired to be installed on the walls. All other 2D work will be in flip bins.
