My Household Members

Use the following steps to Manage the Members of Your Household:

  1. Click on the "MY MAC" > DESKTOP menu option.
  2. On the "login to an existing account" page
    1. Enter your Email and Password for your Mansfield Art Center account.
      If you do not have a Mansfield Art Center account, See Register for an Account
    2. Click "LOGIN"
  3. Click on the button "MY HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS" in the "MY MAC" section.
  4. On the "household members" page:
    • ADD PERSON

      Use this option to add a person that has an existing account in the system.

    • CREATE NEW PROFILE

      Use this option to create a profile for someone that doesn't currently have an existing account in the system. This option will be used to add children that are not of age. These profiles are managed by you and are not associated with a login account. The account can be converted by adding an email address and having the person register for a new account using the entered email.

    • EDIT PROFILE

      Make changes to a managed profile. Note: You can only make changes to managed profiles.

    • REMOVE PERSON

      Remove a person from your household. Note: If the profile is managed, the profile will also be deleted from the system.

ADD PERSON

  1. Click on "ADD PERSON"
  2. On the "add household member" page:
    1. Enter the Person's name or email address.
      Note: you can enter the person's full, first or last name or their full email address.
    2. Click "FIND" button.
      Note: only persons that are not currently part of a household will be displayed.
    3. Click the "ADD" link for each people you want to add to your household.
    4. To find other persons you can repeat the above steps.
    5. To remove a person added in error, click the "REMOVE" link for that person.
    6. When all desired persons have been added, click "SAVE"

    If a person in your household wasn't found, you can have them Register for an Account or you can "CREATE NEW PROFILE" for them (see below).

  3. After adding a person to your household, the person added will receive an email notifying them that they have been added to your household. They must click on "please click here to confirm or remove yourself from this household". This person will remain in the "Not Confirmed" state until they have confirmed.

CREATE NEW PROFILE

  1. Click on "CREATE NEW PROFILE"
  2. On the "household managed user profile" page:
    1. Enter the person's profile information
    2. Click "SAVE"

EDIT PROFILE

  1. Click on "EDT" action link for the profile you want to edit.
  2. On the "household managed user profile" page:
    1. Update the person's profile information
    2. Click "SAVE"

REMOVE PROFILE

  1. Click on "REM" action link for the profile you want to remove.
  2. On the "remove household member?" page:
    1. Click "YES"
