On-line Inventory Submission Help

Use the following steps to enter an On-line Inventory Submission:

  1. Click on the "ON-LINE INVENTORY FORM" button on either the Home page or the Details page.
  2. On the "login to an existing account" page
    1. Enter your Email and Password for your Mansfield Art Center account.
      If you do not have a Mansfield Art Center account, See Register for an Account
    2. Click "LOGIN"
  3. On the "on-line inventory form for..." page
    1. Enter or Update your Personal Information as needed.
    2. Select a Delivery Date and Pickup Date.
    3. Edit the inventory list by adding, editing, deleting and/or transferring items. (see below)
    4. Click the "SUBMIT" button.
    Note: No changes are made to the system until the "SUBMIT" button is clicked. If you want to reset back to the previous values, click the "CANCEL" button.
  4. On the "summary card for..." page
    1. if adjustments need to be made, click the "ON-LINE INVENTORY FORM" button.
    2. Once all information on the form is correct:
      1. Click the "PRINT THIS PAGE" link at the top of the summary card page.
      2. Print the page.
      Note: if you do not have a way to print, the Mansfield Art Center personnel will be more than happy to print your form for you.

Delivering your submissions:

  • Bring your art pieces to the Mansfield Art Center on the Delivery Date selected.

To return to the "ON-LINE INVENTORY FORM" at a later date:

  • Click on the "ON-LINE INVENTORY FORM" button on either the Home page or the Details page.
  • or
    1. Click on the "MY MAC" > "DESKTOP" menu option.
    2. Click on the "FOR ARTIST" button in the "MY MAC" section.
    3. On the desired exhibition section click "EDIT"

Inventory Editing Functions:

To add a new inventory item:
  1. Click on the "NEW ITEM" button.
  2. Fill in all the fields in the pop-up dialog.
    • SKU - Your identifying stock number.
    • Brief Product Description - A short description of the item.
    • Medium - The medium used to create the item.
    • Retail Price - The price the customer will pay for the item.
    • Wholesale Price - This is calculated based on the commission rate.
    • Being Added - The number of units being added for this item.
  3. Click the "ADD" button.
    Note: the dialog will stay displayed after the item is added. This allows you to add additional items.
    Note: the "CLEAR" button will reset the dialog.
  4. Click the "CLOSE" button to close the dialog.
To Transfer items from previous exhibitions:
  1. Click on the "TRANSFER ITEMS" button.
  2. On the "transfer inventory" page:
    1. Select the exhibition you are transferring from in the drop down list.
    2. Using the check boxes, select the items that you want to transfer.
    3. If needed: for each item being transferred, you can enter the number of units being transferred.
    4. Click the SUBMIT button
To modify an existing inventory item:
  1. Click on the "EDT" link for the item that needs to be edited.
  2. Make the needed changes
    Note: The field that can be changed is based on the check-in status of the item.
    Note: When updating the units being added, the number that you enter is the number of units being added since the last check-in.
  3. Click the "UPDATE" button
To delete an existing inventory item:
  1. Click on the "DEL" link for the item.
Note: Item can only be deleted if the status of the item is not checked in or picked up.
